This was especially true when Instagram shifted its algorithm to prioritize originality, leaving many creators worried about their User-Generated Content strategies. At RMG, each team member already juggles 6-8 content calendars monthly (about 175 pieces of content per person). With the workload piling up, they dedicated even more time to brainstorming.
To combat creative burnout, RMG launched Content Collaboration Sessions.
